This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Color Pixels ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is intended for a general audience (13+) and is not directed at children under 13.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or other directly identifying details to play. There is no login. The App and the third-party services it uses may collect:

2. What stays on your device
Your painting progress, your finished artwork, your streak and your achievements are stored only on your device. The App has no cloud save and no account, so we never receive or store your artwork. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.
Images and animated GIFs you export are created on your device and leave it only if you choose to share them, through your system's own share sheet.
3. How information is used
To operate and improve the App, display and cap advertising, process purchases, and keep the App stable. We do not sell your data.
4. Advertising
The App shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. Where required by law (e.g. the EU/EEA, UK), we present a consent choice before personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings. Buying the ad-free option removes ads from the App.
5. Spoken color names
When you turn on spoken color names, the App sends the name of the color you tapped (for example "Medium blue") to the text-to-speech engine built into your device. Nothing else is sent, and we do not record audio or use the microphone. Some system speech engines process text on their servers; that is governed by your device manufacturer's or speech engine's own privacy policy.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Third-party services
The third parties above process data under their own privacy policies: Google (Firebase, AdMob, Play), Mixpanel, Apple.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, LGPD in Brazil, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Because we hold no account and no artwork, most of your data lives either on your own device or with the services above; to exercise your rights with us, contact us below.
9. Data retention
Analytics and advertising data are retained per the providers' policies. Data on your device stays until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
11. This website
This policy also covers the website colorpixels.app. The site has no accounts and no forms, and it sets no cookies. When you visit it:
- Firebase Hosting (Google) serves the pages and, like any web server, processes your IP address and request details to deliver them and keep the service secure.
- Google Analytics receives anonymous page views and clicks in a cookieless mode: storage and advertising features are turned off, so no identifier is kept between visits.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
- Your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only.
These services follow their own privacy policies: Google and Cloudflare.
